To say Erin goes above and beyond for you and your skin is an understatement. She has an effusive energetic presence that inspires you and makes you feel comfortable no matter the state of your skin. I found her 1.5 years ago when my skin was at its worst (big city living compounded by teaching hot yoga led to chronic acne and even lesions) and she made me feel safe and seen. Her relentless positivity and passion for skin health changed the trajectory of my skin, at age 33 it looks better than it ever did in my twenties. She designs customized regimens that are easy to follow, and inspires you to love on your skin as you care for it. She’s also available 24/7 for any questions that arise, and I have taken advantage of that when living away from the bay (thank you for always responding rapidly and with amazing detailed info Erin!!). I feel like I’ve become a skin subject matter expert just from the nuggets of insight she’s shared, and I hope any person reading this books an appointment because your future self will thank you for it. Did I mention that every appointment is also a cathartic therapy session?! You will leave feeling brighter beyond your glowing skin. I received a customized facial from Erin and it was absolutely FABULOUS! As someone who has dealt with congestion and rosacea for decades she really took the time getting to know me and my skin including which products I use on a daily basis. Erin Alicea is a fantastic technician, engaging, and committed to your skin. She really knows skin and products, makes thoughtful suggestions, and doesn't try to product push or sell (which I am very appreciative of!). Plus - the space itself is really nice and luxurious, feels very pampering! I know that if Douglas Preston chose her to take over his space, she would be a high caliber professional who I could trust with my skin - and she is!
